School-Community Partnerships
School-Community Partnerships ensure young people have multiple access points to resources. AmeriCorps Promise Fellows coordinate programs and volunteers to increase the academic success of students locally identified by the School-Community Partnership as needing additional support. Promise Fellows leverage resources and build capacity of School-Community Partnerships to effectively utilize tutoring, mentoring, civic engagement, and leadership development for students.
