Lead Partner Organizations
Lead Partner Organizations are youth development intermediaries and capacity building organizations that work across the state. Through the leadership of the Minnesota Alliance With Youth, these statewide youth development organizations now work together as part of a collaborative network. Lead Partner Organizations identify programs and resources that can be offered to School-Community Partnerships and Healthy Community Initiatives. AmeriCorps Promise Fellows hosted by Lead Partner Organizations are responsible for disseminating information, programs, and resources to the Alliance network. Comeback soon to find out more information about each of the Lead Partner Organizations, how they can support your community, and how to get in touch with them.
